I have an MA in Integrative psychotherapy from The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University, London. I understand that the most successful therapies have, at their heart, a strong, mutual relationship, and central to my work is my ability to develop and hold this collaborative experience for my clients. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental place to work through difficult thoughts and feelings, and in the process open up possibilities. And I work with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, workplace difficulties, post-natal depression, bereavement and relationship problems.

I am a member of the BACP (No 584296) and The Society for Existential Analysis
